WHAT IS IT ABOUT CLUB BODYCO?
Gymnastics is FUN! Our qualified gymnastics and dance instructors teach in a fun and positive environment.
We provide recreational preschool and school age gymnastics and dance programs. We also have programs for tumbling, cheernastics, and competition gymnastics.
As well as being fun, gymnastics and dance at CLUB BODYCO provide structured programs that help develop co-ordination, balance, flexibility, strength and power. They will help your child to:

. Learn to listen and follow directions
. Develop skills to enhance other sports
. Develop a healthy interest in exercise
